Common questions
How do I become a Contributor?
Submit one verified price report while signed in with a confirmed email. Once approved, it unlocks Contributor access to detailed report data on your account.
Why is my submission still pending?
Submissions are reviewed by a moderator to map them to the right service category. This usually happens within a few days. You will get an email once it is approved.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to your account page and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Your submitted prices stay in the dataset as anonymous reports.
How do I reset my password?
Use the forgot password page. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
